Mango Salad
- 2 mangoes, or peaches
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 head lettuce
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar or just like honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Berries, if desired
(this recipe is exceedingly high in A vitamins so paramount
in care of eyes, teeth, nerves and muscles {especially mango).
Wash carefully, but do not peel all the skin from the mangoes
or peaches, and slice.
Combine with straw¬berries or blueberries mixed with agave
nectar/ just like honey and lemon juice.
Chill and serve on lettuce or as fruit cup.
